Branch Manager – Sales & Performance Leadership Opportunity


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Mississauga branch with a strong focus on sales growth, market expansion, and performance accountability. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about driving measurable results.



The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations—including sales, warehouse, installation & service teams, and office administration—with a primary focus on accelerating revenue, enhancing customer acquisition, and maximizing profitability. Acting as a local entrepreneur, the Branch Manager will lead a high-performance team to grow market share and deliver exceptional customer value.



This role serves as a key business partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring transparent reporting, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with enterprise-wide growth strategies.




Key Responsibilities


  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead the branch’s sales strategy, actively pursue new business opportunities, and expand relationships with key accounts to exceed revenue targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on branch performance metrics including sales conversion, margin improvement, and customer retention. Ensure full transparency and accountability across all teams.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and coach a team of sales, customer service, and operations professionals to achieve excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute branch-level business plans that align with corporate growth objectives and respond to local market dynamics.
  • Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach and a superior customer xperience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and service quality. Continuously improve processes to support sales and service delivery.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and retain top talent. Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership or branch management within a business-to-business or consumer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering results in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards.
  • A collaborative leader who builds trust, encourages candid communication, and promotes a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how operations and financials support business growth.
  • Experience in the building supply industry or similar sectors is highly desirable.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.


Education & Credentials


• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.


• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
