My client a global business are currently seeking a Benefits and Employee Engagement Specialist. This role partners closely with the Total Rewards, People & Culture, and Internal Communications teams in the USA to promote transparency, employee understanding, and appreciation of the organization's holistic rewards philosophy.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute communication and engagement plans that promote awareness and understanding of Total Rewards programs in Europe.


* Partner with USA and European HR, Benefits, and Internal Communications teams to communicate compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.


* Create engaging, accessible, and inclusive content


* Support employee engagement campaigns


* Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries


* Collect feedback and use data to measure communication effectiveness and improve future engagement strategies.


* Partner with vendors and creative teams to develop materials


* Support benefits and compensation administration in Europe.


The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast past HR team, proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and have a keen interest in Total Rewards, employment engagement and HR.
