Location: Little Germany, Bradford
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in handling a broad range of corporate transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Re-organisations, Joint Ventures, Structured Lending, and general Corporate advice.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a collegiate and supportive environment.
- Use your business development and networking skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and external professionals.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the business.
Essential:
- UK Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 5PQE.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of corporate matters, including experience in handling large, complex transactions.
- Extensive knowledge of Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, and Corporate Governance.
- Strong drafting skills and ability to explain legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
- Client-focused approach and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, and commitment to developing others.
IT Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
