Job Title: Senior/Managing Associate Real Estate Energy Solicitor
Location: Bristol
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: From £70,000 to £95,000 per annum

Our client is a forward-thinking highly ranked law firm, with a strong focus on delivering nationally significant property transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. Their EPIC Property team is on an upward trajectory, dedicated to shaping the future of the UK's clean energy landscape. Due to their ongoing success they are looking to grow their award winning team in Bristol with a Senior/Managing Associate
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic advice to developers, investors, and funders on property matters involving solar farms, wind farms, storage projects, EV infrastructure, and other renewable energy initiatives.
- Lead on complex and high-value property transactions for nationally recognised clients.
- Champion exceptional client service and continually enhance your understanding of the commercial drivers in this evolving sector.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- 5+ years PQE with a solid specialism in energy matters, ideally gained within a national or large regional practise.
- Strong self-motivation and leadership qualities, with a proven track record of knowledge sharing and capacity building across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and expand your professional network within the industry.
- A passion for innovation and collaboration, with a focus on achieving outstanding results together.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the energy sector.
- Previous involvement in business development and client engagement initiatives.
Technologies:
Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
