What is the role purpose? Building and maintaining regional reporting infrastructure
Why is the role important or exciting? This is an opportunity to own end-to-end reporting solutions, from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to data sourcing, automation, visualisation, and deployment. Associate will play a key role in driving efficiency improvements, supporting change initiatives, and enabling smarter insight and decision-making through data
Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver executive dashboards for EMEA Credit Ops, providing real-time insights for leadership.
· Maintain and enhance capacity model data feeds, ensuring accurate volume tracking and forecasting.
· Create associate scorecards across multiple lines of business to drive performance transparency.
· Deliver deep-dive data analysis to support OpEx initiatives and process improvement strategies.
· Prioritize and develop reports to meet evolving data requests across EMEA and LATAM.
· Develop job aids and procedural maps as part of a resiliency plan for dashboards and reporting tools.
· Embed global data strategy locally, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide analytics objectives.

Required Experience:
· Experience with systems functional analysis, technology business analysis, and basic understanding of the different technical platforms, databases, and related technologies
· Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, MS SQL Server, Tableau, MS Excel (functions and formulas) and MS PowerPoint
· Working knowledge of software version control systems such as BIT/GIT Bucket
· Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical data requirements
· Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and alone and unsupervised
· Advance knowledge of Tableau & Alteryx
· Data Mining Experience using SQL/SAS querying
· Understanding of Reporting Data Governance
· High aptitude for self-motivation and self-determined project work
· Process designer experience is a plus
