Position: In-House Commercial and IP Solicitor Role Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Cambridge Region (Hybrid Working on offer) Salary guide: Up to £80,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
New Commercial and Intellectual Property Solicitor opportunity to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Commercial Solicitor (between 3 - 7 years PQE) to work with a highly regarded team on a varied and inspiring workload.
The Role:
- Provide general commercial contract advice to include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad variety of commercial agreements.
- Provide some IP advice, including trademark and copyright matters.
- Deliver in-house legal support and pragmatic advice tailored to needs.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-7 years PQE UK qualified solicitor.
- Solid experience in general commercial agreements.
- Some working knowledge of intellectual property.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Proven excellence in drafting, negotiating, and client management.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
- In-house experience (permanent or secondment) is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary up to £80,000 per annum, plus bonus.
