This is a nationally integrated team with a significant footprint in the Cardiff market - a key area for growth. As such, you'll play a crucial role in the next phase of the team's strategic expansion, with strong partner support and genuine opportunity for progression.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with:
- 2-5 years' PQE in real estate finance, banking, or broader finance-related transactions
- A strong grasp of LMA-based documentation and security structuring
- Experience acting for banks, borrowers, funds, or developers
- Excellent technical and commercial acumen
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to help grow a thriving, national practice
