Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a dedicated EMEA Payroll Manager to join their vibrant HR Shared Services hub. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure employees across the EMEA region are paid accurately and on time. 🌍💼
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process payroll for multiple EMEA countries in partnership with the outsourced payroll provider.
- Input, check, and reconcile payroll information to ensure compliant payments to employees and third-party providers.
- Resolve issues with local payroll vendors and answer payroll-related queries from employees and HR teams.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and assist with project work as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven EMEA payroll experience with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory obligations in EMEA countries.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Excel; familiarity with payroll accounting is a plus.
- Previous banking industry experience or exposure to a large multinational corporation is advantageous.
- French language skills would be a bonus.
