Are you passionate about compensation and benefits? Our client is seeking a Reward Advisor to support their team in designing and implementing competitive reward programmes. This role is essential for attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert for all reward-related queries.
- Assist in annual reward processes, including salary reviews and benefit renewals.
- Manage Flexible Benefits packages and liaise with external providers.
- Oversee RSU grants and equity plans, ensuring compliance and accurate communication.
- Support Global Pensions administration and governance.
- Create insightful reports for HR and the wider business.
- Develop training materials for HR on system usage and standard processes.
- Contribute to the total rewards strategy, focusing on employee needs.
- analyse pay data to address equity gaps and comply with transparency requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance benefits programmes.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- 3 years of HR experience, particularly in Compensation and Benefits.
- Knowledge of market benchmarking and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of equity compensation programmes.
- Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
