Reward Advisor 🌟


Contract Type: Temporary Contract Length: 3 months Working Pattern: Full Time Location: London


Are you passionate about compensation and benefits? Our client is seeking a Reward Advisor to support their team in designing and implementing competitive reward programmes. This role is essential for attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the go-to expert for all reward-related queries.
  • Assist in annual reward processes, including salary reviews and benefit renewals.
  • Manage Flexible Benefits packages and liaise with external providers.
  • Oversee RSU grants and equity plans, ensuring compliance and accurate communication.
  • Support Global Pensions administration and governance.
  • Create insightful reports for HR and the wider business.
  • Develop training materials for HR on system usage and standard processes.
  • Contribute to the total rewards strategy, focusing on employee needs.
  • analyse pay data to address equity gaps and comply with transparency requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance benefits programmes.

Key Skills and Competencies:


  • 3 years of HR experience, particularly in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation programmes.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
