If you are 2 years plus into your reward career this could be the role you have been looking for. Covering a maternity leave you will be reporting to the Head of Global Reward helping to deliver the Reward strategy and provide advice to the business on a global scale.


Working in a small experienced you will assist in the following:


Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies that align with business goals.


Assist with the management of the annual reward calendar, lead on updating and reviewing reward policies, procedures, and processes, and oversee annual benefits renewal activities.


Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking, manage compensation survey submissions, and provide market-specific benchmarking for pay review


Implement and manage variable remuneration schemes for employees and partners.


Collaborate with external partners to design and manage benefits for employees and partners.


Legislative reporting and data analytic reporting


Help the team lead pay equity and pay transparency initiatives across global offices.
