Job Title: Transitions Analyst Contract Type: Temporary Daily Rate: £400 Contract Length: 12 months Working Pattern: Full Time

Our client is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Transitions Analyst to join their team for a 12-month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact while working with a variety of internal and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Transitions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating transition activities, including:


  • Managing in-specie transfers, custody changes, and new business initiatives.
  • Overseeing fund launches, closures, and restructures with precision.
  • Setting up unit trust accounts and facilitating market account openings.
  • Updating standing instructions and making static data changes.
  • Internal business unit partners
  • External auditors and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:


  • Operational Expertise: You should possess a strong understanding of the investment management industry, particularly back and middle office workflows.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in leading complex operating models and projects.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain effective working relationships with external vendors and custodians to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Independence and Initiative: Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit.
  • Change Management: Participate in internal or client-driven change projects and oversee process improvement initiatives from inception to implementation.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:


  • Coordinating large-scope, cross-functional, and technically challenging activities.
  • Owning and driving ad-hoc IMS projects and initiatives.
  • Chairing regular meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring milestones, SLAs, and KPIs are achieved.
  • Proactively identifying and communicating potential process improvements to management.
