As Early Careers Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with and inspiring the next generation of talent.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and implementing engaging early careers programmes that resonate with young professionals.
  • Collaborating with schools, universities and industry partners to create opportunities for internships, apprenticeships and graduate placements.
  • Conducting workshops, presentations and recruitment events that showcase their vibrant workplace culture.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to early-career employees as they embark on their professional journeys.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of early careers initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

They are looking for a proactive individual who is excited about nurturing young talent. The ideal candidate will have:


  • A background in Early Careers, recruitment or talent development, ideally within a global business.
