FP&A Analyst - 6 Month FTC


Location: Crawley Salary: £60,000-£65,000 Start: ASAP


We're working with a rapidly growing business to hire an experienced FP&A Analyst on a 6‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll support revenue strategy, pricing optimisation, and financial planning across a high‑performing finance team.


The Role


You'll analyse revenue performance, improve pricing models, support forecasting, and provide insight to senior leadership. This role suits a commercially minded analyst with strong Excel/BI capability and a data‑driven approach.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyse utilisation, customer behaviour and competitor pricing
  • Support new pricing plans, subscriptions and campaigns
  • Monitor revenue, utilisation and margin performance
  • Build dashboards and KPI reporting packs
  • Highlight underperforming sites and recommend actions
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and support budgeting
  • Produce accurate client billing and resolve billing queries
  • Own month‑end revenue entries

Skills & Experience


  • Background in pricing, revenue management, FP&A or commercial finance
  • ACCA/CIMA qualification beneficial
  • Strong Excel and/or BI skills
  • Experience with ERP/financial systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Flexible, proactive approach
