FP&A Analyst - 6 Month FTC
Location: Crawley Salary: £60,000-£65,000 Start: ASAP
We're working with a rapidly growing business to hire an experienced FP&A Analyst on a 6‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll support revenue strategy, pricing optimisation, and financial planning across a high‑performing finance team.
The Role
You'll analyse revenue performance, improve pricing models, support forecasting, and provide insight to senior leadership. This role suits a commercially minded analyst with strong Excel/BI capability and a data‑driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse utilisation, customer behaviour and competitor pricing
- Support new pricing plans, subscriptions and campaigns
- Monitor revenue, utilisation and margin performance
- Build dashboards and KPI reporting packs
- Highlight underperforming sites and recommend actions
- Prepare revenue forecasts and support budgeting
- Produce accurate client billing and resolve billing queries
- Own month‑end revenue entries
Skills & Experience
- Background in pricing, revenue management, FP&A or commercial finance
- ACCA/CIMA qualification beneficial
- Strong Excel and/or BI skills
- Experience with ERP/financial systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
