Are you ready to make a positive impact in an industry-leading organisation? We are looking for a passionate and skilled HR Advisor to join our client's team based in their Eastbourne office. In this pivotal role, you will be a key partner in driving strategic change and delivering exceptional operational support.
As an HR Advisor, you will strengthen employee relations, lead transformative change initiatives and enhance HR processes to align with our business goals whilst creating a high-performing, inclusive and engaged workplace that fosters continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement people strategies and workforce plans.
- Identify organisational improvements and create robust people plans that drive performance and engagement.
- Lead planning and execution of change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Coach managers to enhance their change management capabilities.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent.
- Support the performance management cycle, including appraisals and development planning.
- Identify training needs and promote initiatives that enhance capability.
- Analyse and report on key people metrics to identify trends and inform strategic planning.
- Lead wellbeing initiatives.
- Develop and implement people policies that align with legislation and best practises.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements to maximise efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR advisory and/or change management roles
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in dealing with complex ER cases
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics
