Are you a Safeguarding expert looking for an opportunity to shape and implement a safeguarding strategy?
LHH is supporting our client, a mission-led and values-based organisation as they seek a Head of Safeguarding.
This is a critical role within the organisation and requires someone who will provide strategic and operational leadership in the development and implementation of safeguarding policy and practice.
Within the role, you will lead on planning, policy and service development, including transformation, service quality and information management within the Safeguarding Team.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, a commitment to developing the skills and knowledge of others across the team and organisation and demonstrable experience in the provision of expert advice and service on safeguarding matters.
It is essential that you bring an in-depth knowledge of national safeguarding related legislation, guidance and practice.
