LHH is delighted to be supporting Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans as they recruit an Interim Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner to join the Transition Support Group.
The organisation is entering an extended period of post-service review transition where new teams, systems, KPIs and ways of working are expected to go live simultaneously. Should the organisational design/restructure progress as initially proposed, staff from Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans will combine to form teams, creating additional integration and identity considerations. A Transition Support Group is in place with representation from Operations, Technology, Internal Communications and OD.
We are seeking a contract Organisational Development (OD) practitioner to be an active member of this group, shaping and delivering integrated transition support and capturing learning to create a repeatable transition model for future change. You will work part of the Transition Support Group to ensure that technology enablement, communications and people support land together, enabling confident leadership, safe service delivery and sustained adoption of new ways of working.
In this hands-on role you will contribute to joint planning, prioritisation and decision-making, you will translate group decisions into practical, deployable transition support that aligns Technology, Operations and Communications activity and you will ensure transition support is experienced as one coherent programme, not separate initiatives. As part of your role, you will coach managers leading new teams through uncertainty and change while supporting managers to apply new systems, processes and KPIs confidently in practice.
We're looking for someone with strong manager coaching capability, experience supporting live organisational transitions and has the ability to translate decisions into practical, behaviour-focused interventions. You will have experience working closely with Technology-enabled and operational change and supporting team integration and identity work. You must have strong judgement and good prioritisation skills in ambiguous environments with the ability to provide coaching support.
To apply please send a tailored CV. For a confidential, informal discussion about the role please contact LHH directly.
