HR Advisor Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (30 hours) across 5 days Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in Horsham head office
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their collaborative team, an exciting opportunity to influence and shape HR practices, build great relationships and develop your career.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and absence.
- Draft HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and letters.
- Support HR Business Partners on projects and ER casework.
- Train managers on HR software, ensuring they maximise its functionality.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, from writing job adverts to candidate screening and interviews.
- Contribute to thought leadership through writing blogs and newsletters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
