Join Our Client's Team as a Legal Counsel (Non-Contentious Construction)
Our clients legal team is recruiting for a Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) in Leeds. This full-time role offers an excellent salary, benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
Your Role: You will provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice on the company's global portfolio of projects. You'll develop relationships with internal business stakeholders, clients, and collaborators to mitigate business risks.
Key duties include reviewing, negotiating, and finalising various contractual documents, advising on governance policies, assisting in contract administration, and providing training to promote awareness of legal and commercial issues.
You'll also support Project Directors and Partners in closing out contractual negotiations and collaborate with other business service functions to resolve issues inclusively.
Skills and Experience:

  • Legally qualified with 0-4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Essential experience in construction law and general commercial law.
  • Contract drafting and reviewing skills.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial mindset and attention to detail.
