Job Title: Real Estate Finance Lawyer


Location: Leeds City Centre


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: Commensurate with experience

Your role as a Real Estate Finance Lawyer will primarily involve working on real estate finance transactions for both banks and borrowers. Key responsibilities include:


  • Preparing reports on title and property specific reports for commercial properties
  • Conducting title investigations and reporting on properties to lender clients
  • Assisting borrowers with due diligence documentation to bank's solicitors
  • Collaborating with the Banking & Finance team to coordinate completion of security documentation
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and utilising information databases
  • Managing post-completion registrations and processes at Companies House and the Land Registry

Essential:


  • Solicitor or Associate with 1-5 years' PQE in Real Estate
  • Genuine interest in or experience of Real Estate Finance
  • Motivated and a team player
  • Commercially minded
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Technologies:


  • Proficiency using databases such as Companies House, Land Registry, and third-party search providers
