Job Title: HR & Organisational Development Manager Location: East Sussex (near Lewes) Contract: 12-month FTC Salary: c. £54,000 - £56,000
LHH is delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking organisation in East Sussex to recruit a HR & Organisational Development Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a strategic impact by leading a talented HR team, shaping workforce planning, and driving organisational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 4 direct reports within a wider HR function
- Develop and implement robust workforce planning strategies
- Provide HR data insights and predictive analytics to senior leadership
- Design and deliver organisational development and engagement programmes
- Oversee complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment law
- Ensure effective delivery of HR services, including recruitment and onboarding
What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership experience within HR & OD functions
- Strong workforce planning and organisational development expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- A track record of driving cultural change and employee engagement
