This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Auditor ready to step up, or a current Assistant Manager seeking broader exposure and new challenges within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements and provide tailored advice to more complex clients.
- Offer ongoing accounting support and guidance to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Play an active role in the management team, contributing to departmental planning, staff appraisals, and the development of junior team members through technical and day-to-day support.
- Lead planning and completion meetings, overseeing audit teams throughout the full audit cycle.
- Support audit resourcing and scheduling across the year, working closely with Partners and fellow managers to ensure effective team allocation and delivery.
Requirements:
- Professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA) with a strong background in practice.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and build strong client relationships (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with accounting software.
