Are you an experienced Rewards Specialist ready to make a global impact? Join our client as the Global Head of Reward and lead the design, implementation, and management of their compensation and benefits programmes.


Role Purpose:

In this pivotal role, you will align the rewards strategy with organisational values to attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring market competitiveness and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary contact for all reward and benefit queries.
  • Support annual reward processes like salary reviews and flexible benefits enrollment.
  • Manage RSU grants and equity plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • analyse pay data for gender and ethnicity pay gap initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to create insightful reports and communications.
  • Conduct market research to maintain competitive pay and benefits.
  • Engage in project work, including policy writing and process documentation.

Key Skills and Competencies:


  • 3+ years in HR, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of equity administration and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in data analysis, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and organisational abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced MS Office skills.
