An elite, international law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing HR team in London. This is a brand-new position offering the chance to play a key role in shaping the firm's graduate attraction and selection strategy.

The Role
Working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and wider HR team, you'll provide essential support across the full graduate recruitment lifecycle - from attraction and selection to onboarding and events management.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating logistics for law fairs, open days, and on-campus events, including travel and marketing materials.
Managing advertising, sponsorships, and maintaining a strong social media presence for graduate recruitment.
Supporting the assessment process, including application tracking, interview scheduling, and feedback collation.
Assisting with the organisation and delivery of the firm's Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes, including inductions, seat rotations, workshops, and social events.
Producing offer paperwork and supporting onboarding processes for new joiners.
Responding to internal and external queries regarding graduate recruitment.

Essential requirements:
At least one full graduate recruitment cycle within a legal or professional services environment.
Strong academic background (degree or equivalent).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
A collaborative, can-do attitude and flexibility to support occasional events outside normal working hours.
