We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HR Manager to provide high-quality HR advice and support to our legal divisions in the EU. This role is perfect for someone driven to enhance employee engagement and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Divisional CEOs and leadership teams to deliver strategic HR support.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment law.
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding.
- Advise on training and development initiatives to nurture key talent.
- Manage payroll and oversee the annual salary review process.
- Lead HR projects and process improvements in line with our people strategy.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification and CIPD certification (desirable).
- Extensive HR experience, preferably in professional services.
- Strong employee relations background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, resilient attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
