We're working with a well-regarded financial institution looking for interim legal support in their London office. This is a fantastic 6-month opportunity for a banking lawyer who is 2 years' PQE +.
You'll ideally bring a mix of private practice and in-house experience, with a strong background in bank lending.
Exposure to asset finance would be a bonus, but not essential.
The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of transactional finance documents across corporate banking, real estate, transport, and trade finance.
