Audience Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager


We are seeking a results-driven, proactive, and strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing programs that generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth. This role requires a strong background in B2B marketing, close collaboration with sales teams, and expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage projects from concept through execution.


The successful candidate will bring a solid foundation in performance marketing and data analytics, with the ability to interpret trends, track KPIs, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Experience with dashboard creation, funnel analysis, and working alongside sales and operations teams is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution



  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support revenue objectives.


  • Collaborate with sales, content, product marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.


  • Optimize lead nurturing programs and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate prospects through the funnel.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication



  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pipeline targets, and conversion strategies.


  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


  • Work with content and digital marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Marketing Operations & Reporting



  • Use CRM and marketing automation platforms to track and measure campaign performance.


  • Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance ROI.


  • Provide actionable insights related to campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.


  • Manage reporting needs for regional or global marketing programs.


  • Interpret large data sets and utilize analytics tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, or data warehousing platforms.

Project & Program Management



  • Independently manage multiple demand generation programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.


  • Test, learn, and refine strategies to maximize results.


  • Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.


What We're Looking For



  • 7-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or related roles.


  • Proven track record of delivering successful lead-generation campaigns.


  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.


  • Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish.


  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.


  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, content, and digital marketing functions.


  • Experience with ABM, digital marketing, or paid media strategies is a plus.
