The Opportunity
In this role, you'll provide expert legal advice and counsel to management and partners, ensuring the smooth handling of all real estate-related matters. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary legal advisor for real estate matters, including acquisitions, construction, and facilities management.

- Manage and oversee the work of external counsel, setting and monitoring budgets.
- Collaborate with global and UK teams to align real estate strategy with corporate objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional projects and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with strong post-qualification experience in real estate law.
- Proven expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant work.
- Retail sector experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing external counsel and controlling legal budgets.
