Our client, a leading law firm in the finance industry, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the corporate and leveraged finance team, gaining exposure to a wide range of practise areas including TMT finance, corporate lending, and venture debt and growth finance. With offices in Manchester and London, our client offers an international reach and the chance to work on diverse and interesting projects.
As a Banking & Finance Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling lending transactions across various sectors and product areas. Clients range from established banks and alternative lenders to private equity sponsors, corporates, and technology start-ups. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with venture debt providers and support early-stage companies through our client's start-up programme.
To be considered for this role, you must have substantial experience in corporate lending and/or venture debt and growth finance. A good working knowledge of LMA documentation is required, along with at least 5 years' PQE. You should also have the ability to lead transactions and supervise junior associates/trainees.
