Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:
  
  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Public law disputes (judicial review and procurement litigation)
  • Professional negligence cases
  • Injunctions and contentious insolvency matters
• Expanding the firm's commercial litigation services to meet client demand
• Managing client relationships and strengthening market connections
• Running an independent caseload with appropriate supervision
• Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex, high-value cases
• Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives
• Delivering client training sessions
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures for file management
• Participating in firm-wide training and development programs
• Meeting agreed targets while effectively managing files, time, and billing

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (2-4 years PQE) with:
