Job Title: Real Estate Associate Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Remuneration: Competitive salary plus benefits
Responsibilities:
Join an award-winning real estate team as a Real Estate Associate. We're looking for someone with roughly 4-6 years PQE who is passionate about property law and eager to tackle a range of exciting challenges. Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling development work in both commercial and residential sectors
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Navigating property finance matters
- Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests
- Providing support on corporate sales and acquisitions related to property
- Delivering exceptional client service and problem-solving with your strong technical abilities
We want a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in business development. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy collaborating with a capable team, we want to hear from you.
