Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to better understand their business needs.
- Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thoroughness and efficiency throughout the process.
- Supervise and guide audit team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ensure all audit documentation adheres to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key audit results and findings.
- Conduct follow-up audits to assess the impact of management's actions and decisions.
- Identify potential risks, recommend strategies for mitigation and suggest opportunities for cost saving measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
- Proficiency in audit software and databases.
- Full clean drivers licence and access to vehicle.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
