We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Solicitor to join an esteemed Commercial team within a leading law firm in central Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to engage in high-quality, varied work across multiple sectors including private, public, and third sector organisations.
About the Role:
As part of our client's established Commercial team, you will work on a diverse range of projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one. The team is highly regarded, ranked in the prestigious Legal 500 Guide, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients spanning local authorities, leisure, education, and healthcare sectors. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, such as commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, intellectual property matters, and data protection issues.
You will function as a vital extension of our clients' in-house legal teams, providing them with support and guidance through their commercial challenges. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, with two or three days in the office as business needs dictate.
