This is an excellent opportunity for a manager looking to advance their career within a supportive and reputable top 100 firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delegation and execution of audit assignments, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical proficiency.
- Provide strategic direction and technical advice to clients throughout the audit process.
- Support Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and overseeing reporting responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor audit staff, encouraging their professional development and skill enhancement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Ensure audits are completed effectively, adhering to the firm's policies and procedures.
- Represent the firm by cultivating relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's reputation and presence.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing audit assignments or teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
