Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Onsite in Camas, Washington Pay: $24-$31 per hour DOE Employment Type: Contract to Hire Hours: Monday through Friday, full time

Job Summary: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Camas, Washington. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
