Base salary + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels

• Learn the mortgage process and assist clients with basic loan inquiries

• Support licensed loan officers and sales managers in day-to-day tasks

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and team mindset

• Must be able to obtain a mortgage license (client covers all costs)
