We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant . This position is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in leading accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS standards.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.

• Mentor junior accounting staff and support team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
