LHH Recruitment is working with a company Albuquerque, NM. This organization is in search of a full time assistant project coordinator to join their team. This job requires you to work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly pay is up to $24/hr.
The Assistant Project Coordinator will support project managers and superintendents in organizing and executing construction projects from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project milestones
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain project files, contracts, and change orders
- Help track budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables
- Order and track materials as needed
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in construction or project coordination required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous working experience with an ERP is required as well
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
