Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction/Manufacturing Focus

Location: Albuquerque, NM (On-site for training; hybrid option after onboarding)
Type: Full-time | 6-Month Contract-to-hire

Our client—a leading manufacturer in the commercial construction space—is seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at bridging technical details with outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the confidence to engage with contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

You’ll be the central point of coordination for design reviews, project workflows, and customer communications—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless experience from concept to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Design Coordination: Review building plans and design submissions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary contact for contractors, installers, and internal sales teams. Communicate clearly and professionally to manage expectations and provide updates.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Enter and maintain project details in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred). Generate quotes using established templates and ensure pricing accuracy.

  • Cross-Team Liaison: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and sales to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle challenges with professionalism and positivity—maintaining strong relationships even under pressure.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years in project coordination, customer service, or technical support within construction, manufacturing, or design environments.

  • Comfortable reviewing technical drawings; CAD experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills—able to explain complex details clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

  • Positive attitude and resilience when facing challenges.


Compensation & Perks

  • Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour

  • Weekly pay via LHH; benefits eligible after 60 days (medical, vision, dental).

  • Opportunity to work with a respected manufacturer in the commercial construction sector.

  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; on-site for training, then hybrid (2 days remote) after trust is established.
