LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Albuquerque, NM with hiring for a Trust Associate on a contract to permanent basis. In this role you will be supporting Trust Officers administratively with opening trust accounts in the system, processing payments, distributions, and paying taxes for assigned accounts. If you want to use your attention to detail and administrative skills daily, then this role could be for you!
Responsibilities
- Open and close accounts or projects in the relevant tracking or management system.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and team leads to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a follow-up system for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Process payments, distributions, and other financial or operational transactions as needed.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and external professionals regarding assigned accounts or projects.
- Monitor activity to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned responsibilities.
- Provide backup support for front desk or general administrative functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of recent administrative support experience, ideally in a financial industry.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
