- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and hiring criteria.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and industry trends.
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies when needed.
- Analyze labor market data to ensure competitive compensation and candidate availability.
- Post job openings and managing advertising strategies.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare interview materials.
- Participate in interviews and gather feedback to refine hiring decisions.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews, including travel and accommodations.
- Collaborate with leadership on offer details including compensation and start dates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking functions.
- Support broader HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and training.
- Assist with policy updates and employee handbook maintenance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting.
Benefits:
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year dependent on experience
