Direct Hire Position- up to 65K

Position
The Benefits Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries, ensuring accurate insurance billing, maintaining up-to-date employee records, and complying with all required benefit notifications.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the arrears process, including running weekly reports, processing payments through Square, updating HRIS records, reconciling credit card transactions, and partnering with payroll for correct deductions.
Administer employee benefit programs such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, accident plans, 401(k), and wellness initiatives.
Address employee benefit questions promptly by researching issues and providing clear, timely resolutions.
Manage life event changes (e.g., marriage, birth) by collecting documentation, following up, and ensuring approvals are completed.
Handle daily benefits transactions, including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiary updates, rollovers, distributions, loans, hardships, and compliance testing.
Maintain accurate records and perform regular audits, validations, and reconciliations to ensure compliance.
Support vendor relationships and troubleshoot system interface issues, integrations, and reporting validations.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate company benefits with applicable government programs.
Stay informed on state and federal regulations by attending training sessions and monitoring legislative updates.
Respond to unemployment claims and hearings within required deadlines, collaborating with internal teams to safeguard company interests.
Monitor and report on WOTC participation and compliance; validate and process monthly invoices for Accounts Payable.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong analytical, research, and record-keeping capabilities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to benefits administration and leave policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive approach.
Advanced math skills for financial calculations and reconciliations.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Skilled in interpreting and presenting data using Excel.
Familiarity with UltiPro and UKG
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
