Job Title: Executive Assistant


Location: Ambler, PA


Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year


Experience: 5-7 years


Education: Bachelor's degree required


Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.


  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.


  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.


  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.


  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to streamline processes and enhance productivity.


  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.


  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.


  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the executive team.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


  • 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.


  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.


  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.


  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.


  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
