About Us: LHH is working with a dynamic and innovative organization committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for a long-term project for one of our clients in Buckhead, Atlanta.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
At least 5 years of HR experience.
At least 3 years of benefits experience.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with workers compensation investigations and processing I-9 forms.
Pay Details: $44.00 to $48.00 per hour
