Are you a highly organized professional with a keen interest in human resources? One of our clients in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in supporting core HR functions and contributing to a seamless and engaging employee experience. As an HR Specialist, you’ll be involved in a variety of responsibilities—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. You’ll collaborate across departments to implement HR policies, maintain accurate records, and provide day-to-day support to both employees and managers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant employee records.

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts: post job listings, schedule interviews, and assist with new hire onboarding.

  • Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Respond to employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources.

  • Partner with other departments to ensure smooth HR-related workflows.

  • Assist with planning and executing HR events and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience in HR or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
