LHH is actively searching for degreed Staff Accountants (Bachelors Degree REQUIRED) to assist in a year long accounting project for a global client!!!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookkeeping and prepare profit & loss statements for assigned event venues
  • Oversee event financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Support payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing in coordination with internal teams and systems
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring alignment with event budgets and contracts
  • Handle accounts payable, ensuring vendor invoices are paid promptly and correctly
  • Manage high-volume financial transactions with precision and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries and maintain strong relationships
  • Support finance managers with reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Utilize NetSuite for financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Contribute to the development of financial processes for ticketing operations, a new area for the U.S. market
  • Wear multiple hats and pivot quickly to meet evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, vendor communication, event site operations, or similar industries is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in AR/AP/Reconciliation/Budget Management required
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-performance environment



Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
