HR Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Auburn, WA 98001
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across various HR functions. From organizing employee records to supporting recruitment and compliance efforts, you’ll play a key role in keeping our HR processes running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and maintain employee personnel files (both digital and physical). 
- Verify that all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. 
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as data entry, file audits, and database updates. 
- Support compliance initiatives and general clerical duties within the HR department. 
- Keep employee records and HR systems current and well-organized. 
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. 
- Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes. 
- Help ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations. 
- Take on additional HR-related tasks as assigned. 
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support. 
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and document management platforms. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices. 
- Experience supporting recruitment or onboarding processes is a plus 
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
