LHH is working with a law firm in Austin, TX, specializing in plaintiff-side patent litigation. The firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience in commercial federal court litigation and a background in patent law. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative, laid-back environment, able to communicate effectively with attorneys, and proactive in ensuring that case requirements are met.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary range from $80,000 - $110,000
- No billable hours requirement

- In-office, with the potential for partial remote work after first year of employment
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows, oversee docketing, and ensure the efficient handling of cases
- Support attorneys in case filings, trial preparation, and court communications
- Ensure efficient handling of cases while maintaining high levels of organization
- Deliver high-quality legal support
- Proactively mentor junior paralegals
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 7 years of extensive experience in commercial federal court litigation processes
- Background in patent law and patent litigation
- Strong understanding of federal court litigation processes
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience coaching and training paralegals
