Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team onsite in Towson, MD. In this high-volume role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start.
Compensation: $25-30hr
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for DSP roles, from job posting through onboarding
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
Support onboarding and orientation efforts for new hires
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or healthcare settings
Proven success recruiting for hourly or frontline roles (DSP experience a plus)
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work onsite full-time in Towson, MD
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
