Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team onsite in Towson, MD. In this high-volume role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start.

Compensation: $25-30hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for DSP roles, from job posting through onboarding

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress

  • Support onboarding and orientation efforts for new hires

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or healthcare settings

  • Proven success recruiting for hourly or frontline roles (DSP experience a plus)

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Towson, MD

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
