Job Title: HR Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Bayport, NY
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27–$30/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support core HR functions in a dynamic, full-time onsite role. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR operations and a passion for people and process improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing timekeeping and attendance systems

  • Supporting staffing and recruitment efforts

  • Assisting with payroll processing

  • Maintaining and updating HRIS systems

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in timekeeping, staffing, payroll, and recruitment

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
