Job Title: HR Generalist
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Onsite – Beaverton, OR
Compensation: $28 – $34 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a proactive and approachable HR Generalist to join our well-known client's team onsite in Beaverton, OR. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for employees. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HRIS data, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations by assisting with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide general HR support across functions including benefits administration, performance management, and compliance tracking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of HR processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
